Michael, Michael, and Matt consider security around new tools and toys written by “one Guy”, movies, Macs, and more. While sipping on a nice big glass of Sweet Tea, Michael and Michael try not to clear their throats too many times, while Matt keeps us under control.

While we will be posting our podcasts soon.. I just wanted to mention the 2nd podcast that is part of the Dogear Network — Trippin’ the Verse. This podcast consists of Michael Rowe reaching into the Virtual Universe Community within IBM to answer your questions about getting started in the Metaverse. We will be releasing back episodes so that people can get up to speed quickly. Can’t wait for new questions from everyone.

Wow.. after a year of internal podcasts, we are finally taking our little show public. Let me introduce you to Dogear Nation and the cast. Dogear is a social bookmarking tool that is used in IBM and now sold by Lotus for the Corporate environment. IBMers have been using Dogear for some time to tag websites and to share their bookmarks socially. A lot of those tags are internal sites, but many of them are about things that IBMers are finding to be interesting each week. Michael Rowe, Michael Martine, and Matt Simpson look through the Dogears and talk about those that are interesting.
I am the 3D Internet Champion for IBM. I’ve been working for years to look at leveraging gaming technology for business and so, many of my tags around Virtual Worlds and 3D Games. I am really looking forward to getting feedback from people who listen to our podcast. Will be posting the first “new” episode soon.
