Michael and Michael welcome Andy back to the show, after a long absence, and talk about the latest news from Apple. But before we get into that – we take a quick peak at how the Web is feeling. We also enjoy some great parody ads in the South Park vein. We then look at a great graphics-based search engine. Microsoft announces its potential new Cloud OS, while busily patenting Page Up and Page Down (no really – they did!). And conclude with a brief shout out the the “Un Conference” on Virtual Worlds in London. We then include our latest episode of the interviews from Virtual Worlds ‘08 in LA, with Wallace Jackson from MindTaffy Designs.

Great show, folks! As usual! hehe Too funny that last final thought from Andy, eh? Well, I can’t say much more on it, but the subject of it all was just so important it had to be shared “irregardless” and only method of getting through to him before he would go on vacation it was just that: e-mail … You see? It is all about negotating the method of communication and this time around it was e-mail … Don’t worry, I won’t use e-mail still. This was just the rare occasion, because it was rather worthy. And Andy could tell you plenty more… but when he comes back from Berlin!
Keep up with the lovely show, folks!
I expect nothing less from the insightful Andy Piper. But it was too funny knowing how successful you’ve been on reducing email clutter.
Yeah, I know! And sometimes it comes out as a surprise to folks I keep sending the odd e-mail here and there. I guess it’s a sign of its own success. Now, I just need to keep spreading the message around… Just been on a session where I was educating folks on walking away from e-mail and got an e-mail right away from someone who attended the live session asking me to send them in an e-mail the link to the deck.
Nope, sorry, that ain’t gonna happen. I don’t feed people anymore into their palms for them to do nothing. I shared it through Dogear!
(It rocks! heh)
