I didn't quite connect with "spooky designs" as the category for the link to my "Enterprise 2.0 is all about culture" blog. But I can tell you that a fair amount of BAU types within my company were quite spooked indeed by the idea that we would try to "open source" product documentation into enterprise facing wikis.
