So what’s been cool this week? I think a few things are going 1) our new site!!!! 2) Video’s on Flickr, 3) Air Media Player - does it matter??

How about the Yahoo/Google/Microsoft ongoing saga? And AOL now as part of the mix — very interesting? Digital media has been on our topic list for a while, and CD sales this year have decreased even more, and I’ve seen one of my favorite CD stores close recently — the one where they’d sneer at you for buying something that wasn’t rare/alternative… Lots going on to choose from!

Yes, most definitely the new site is very key. I’m sorry I won’t be able to attend the recording, cause I’d really like to be able to talk about the site with you both and share some comments with our listeners.

I think we also need to let everyone know that Del.icio.us is now the one place where we will look for tags. This will get us out of the internal baseball rut. If people keep posting tags on Dogear, then people outside IBM won’t be able to see them unless we actually publish them vis-a-vis the show… which then effectively makes us a bottleneck.

ok - and you’ve GOT to talk about Microsoft Surface… The link (here - http://del.icio.us/tag/dogear-nation ) says that it’s due to hit the market in the Spring of ‘08. How much will it cost? What will it look like? Can I mount it to my desk like a draftsman’s table and replace my PC? Will it take phone calls?

I’ve beaten the devil in Guitar Hero.. it was tough. I think he’s stupid because he’s getting free advertising and complaining about it.

I would like to hear you guys talk about MIcrosoft/Yahoo/Google saga. Its funny that Google is offering Yahoo ad space. Some speculate just to irritate Microsoft.
