After double checking on the record button - The guys go into a listener tag that sets off a rant on when do social networking tools go too far. They then look an innovative application that only runs on the mac - Delicious Library. Matt finally admits that the reason he thinks Mac stink is because he doesn’t have one. Michael then realizes that customer service is all a matter of how you present the bill to the customer. Finally Nortel shows off “Web Alive” and they guys have to talk about it.
